Fried Egg with Baguette (Bánh Mì Ốp La)

A common breakfast food in Vietnam (and for me growing up), sunny side up eggs are often served in their own dish along with @maggiusa and French baguette on the side to scoop up all the yolk-y goodness. Accoutrements can include Vietnamese ham and pate (both from @cha54day), butter, pickled vegetables and cucumber.
