Fried Pork Cutlet (Tonkatsu)

This air fryer version is the easiest recipe ever! There are no more than 5 ingredients, and it takes less than 15 minutes total 🤯 served with an equally simple sauce recipe by @justonecookbook

Ingredients (3 Servings)

3 PORK CHOP (boneless)
1/2 CUP FLOUR
1/2 CUP PANKO BREADCRUMBS
1 EGG
SALT
PEPPER
1/4 HEAD OF CABBAGE, THINLY SHREDDED
—Sauce
2 TBSP KETCHUP
5 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 1/4 TSP SUGAR
3 TSP OYSTER SAUCE

Instructions

Put egg, flour and panko in separate bowls. Season the pork with salt and pepper on both sides. Dip each chop in flour, egg, then panko.

Spray air fryer with cooking oil, add pork and cook for 8 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.

While waiting, prepare cabbage and mix ingredients for sauce together.
Serve with soba or rice. I added some Japanese hot mustard to my sauce.
