Recipe

Ingredients (2 Servings)

โ€”Wedges
2 SWEET POTATOES, PEELED AND CUT INTO WEDGES
2 TBSP OIL
1 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP PEPPER
1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/4 TSP PAPRIKA
โ€”Wings
1 LB CHICKEN WINGS
1/2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
1/8 CUP BUTTER
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE, SHREDDED
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT
ยผ TSP PEPPER
1 TBSP PARSLEY

Instructions

Combine all ingredients for wedges in a bowl and mix well. Add to air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove and set aside.

I like to keep in in my toaster oven on warm while I cook the wings.

In the same (cleaned) bowl, toss chicken wings with 1/2 tbsp. baking powder and a dash of salt and pepper. Transfer to air fryer and cook at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Increase the temperature to 400 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes.

In the same (cleaned) bowl, while the chicken is cooking, melt butter and garlic and pour it in. Add the remaining ingredients once butter cools along with the wings to the bowl and toss.

Serve with dipping sauce and vegetable of choice!
