You can use any mix of toppings you'd like, and as much or as little as you'd like. Most of these ingredients were just things I had to use up or had on hand.

Instructions

I got the recipe for the dough from @joyfoodsunshine and I like it because she provides a quick version and a version where you let the dough sit.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put warm water into a large mixing bowl and add sugar and yeast and stir to combine. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes, or until it becomes frothy and bubbles form.

Add olive oil and gently stir to combine. Add 2 cups of flour and salt and mix with a spatula until a ball begins to form. This is the point you can either let it sit in an oiled, covered bowl for 30 minutes or proceed to the next step.

Transfer to a floured surface and knead until smooth adding up to 1/2 cup extra flour if needed.

Roll dough into your desired shape adding flour as needed and transfer onto a pan lined with parchment paper. Use a fork to prick to the dough all around.

Bake on the lower rack for 5 minutes and remove from oven. Add pizza sauce and toppings of choice and bake on the lower rack of for 15-20 minutes until the crust looks crispy and lightly browned. If using fresh toppings, add before serving.

Process

During quarantine, my husband got really into gardening so we had a ton of fresh toppings to use!
