How do you KBBQ at home? I like keeping things simple with raw veggies, quality meats and essential dipping sauces like this Ssamjang. Here’s my take on this sweet, spicy, savory Korean BBQ must have.

Ingredients

2 TBSP KOREAN SOYBEAN PASTE (DOENJANG)
1 TBSP KOREAN HOT PEPPER PASTE (GOCHUJANG)
1 TBSP HONEY
2 TBSP RED ONION, FINELY DICED
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1 TBSP PISTACHIOS, CRUSHED
1 KOREAN RED PEPPER, FINELY CHOPPED
1 TSP SESAME SEEDS
2 TBSP SESAME OIL
1 TBSP WATER

Instructions

Just combine all ingredients and mix well. It keeps for a couple weeks in the refrigerator.
