Thank you @tantanfoods for sending over your gift box set! They’ve been such a time saver 🙌🏻 I made these Vietnamese spring rolls just to try out the peanut sauce.

Ingredients*

BOILED SHRIMP
BOILED PORK BELLY, THINLY SLICED
COOKED VERMICELLI NOODLES
ROMAINE LETTUCE
CUCUMBERS
MINT
CILANTRO
BEANSPROUTS
RICE PAPER


*Ingredients and portions are flexible according to preferences!

Instructions

Boil pork belly in salted water until cooked through. Blanch shrimp in same water. Once cooled, slice pork belly in thin strips. Cook vermicelli noodles according to instructions.

Wet the rice paper with water, add romaine, cucumber, herbs and noodles in an even layer toward the bottom. Add shrimp in the center, then pork belly. Roll by folding in the sides by and inch, then tightly roll from the bottom up.

Enjoy with sauce of choice.
