Stir-Fried Pea Sprouts with Garlic (Rau Đậu Hoà Lan Xào Tỏi)

Do you like bitter foods? I tend to be drawn to stronger tastes and pungent flavors. This stir fry veggie has a hint of bitterness and was one of my childhood faves. I can eat this entire serving with some simple white rice as a meal, but it goes well with a side of protein too. The texture of the sprouts create a meaty crunch and the naturally bitter flavors are complimented nicely with salty fish sauce and aromatic garlic. Packages of these pea sprouts can be found at Asian markets like @hmartofficial and @99ranchmarket and the recipe takes no more than 5 minutes!
