My grandma used to make this exact platter for me for lunch nearly every time I came to visit her. She called it “Đồ Nguội,” which literally translates to “Cold Things.” It’s essentially a charcuterie board and clearly tied to her French-influenced upbringing. There’s something about the combination of these ingredients that gives it a unique twist and makes it so addicting.
