I was invited me to my first #streetfoodcollab2021 today with foodies all around the world! Itโ€™s so great to connect with people who love cooking as much as I do. I decided to make this easy dish.

Ingredients

YUKON GOLD POTATOES, SPIRALED
RAMEN PACKET SEASONING*
PECORINO ROMANO (OR PARMESAN)
CORN STARCH
VEGETABLE OIL
SKEWERS

*If you donโ€™t have this lying around you can sub with salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper.

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot to 350 degrees.

Skewer spiraled potatoes and spread evenly.

Dust the potatoes with corn starch, fry until golden brown. I double fried until it became crispy to my liking then let it rest on a paper towel.

Sprinkle the seasoning and cheese to top..
