Do you ever crave TV dinners? Sometimes I just want some good old-fashioned American comfort food and meatloaf always hits the spot. Just add some mashed potatoes and frozen vegetables for a trifecta!

Recipe

Ingredients (4 Servings)

8 OZ. MUSHROOMS, FINELY CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
1 TBSP SALT
1 TBSP PEPPER
1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
7 TBSP KETCHUP
1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
1/3 CUP MILK
2 EGGS
1 LB. GROUND TURKEY (or beef)
EVOO

Instructions

Add some oil to a pan and sauté onions and garlic for until soft. Add mushrooms, half the salt and pepper and cook for 10 min while stirring frequently.

Add the mushrooms, half the ketchup, bread crumbs, milk, worcestershire and eggs to a bowl and combine. Add turkey and remaining salt and pepper and mix with your hands.

Pack it in an oiled 9x13 pan and coat the top with the remaining ketchup.

Cook the meatloaf at 400 degrees for 45 min. Serve with whatever your heart desires.
